Namitha's Rate Rs 25 Lacks!

It seems Namitha has been paid a record amount (rumoured to be Rs 25 lakhs) to play the heroine in the Malayalam film titled Black Stallion. The film, which will be directed by Pramod and Pappen, is said to be a “masala erotic thriller”. The film has Kalabhavan Mani as the hero, and one of the highlights of the film is said to be a song picturised on Namitha and Mani in the backwaters of Kerala. The film, which has music by Ouseappachan, is vital for Namitha whose Tamil films are not doing well. The buzz is that her entry into Malayalam is a smart move by the actress as she gets a new lease of life to sizzle on screen.
