Actress Shriya is said to be on a signing spree this year as she is getting with some meaty offers. Recently, she has signed the agreement of becoming the ambassador of IDEA cellular and now the gorgeous babe has bagged a film offer on her acting merit.
According to sources, the beauty has now replaced actress Genelia in a movie which has actor Arya in the lead. The movie is being directed by Manikandan and will be produced by metro films.
Genelia was replaced by Shriya for two reasons and the first one happens to be the fan craze. Genelia is still a budding artist in the Tamil film industry, while Shriya has turned into a glam queen of Kollywood.
It is also rumored that Genelia has quoted an astronomical sum to act in the film and so actress Shriya has just quoted Rs 60 lakhs to act in this film. Preethi Rao is another female lead in this film and is a sister of Bollywood actress Amritha Rao.
