Krish to direct Hindi Gamyam after Venky‘s

Director Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna is now the next big hot shot director in Tollywood after Shekar Kammula. Like Kammula, Krish, as he is popularly known; quit his job to pursue his interest in films.

His very first film ‘Gamyam‘ was a runaway hit. The film stars Allari Naresh, Sharawanand and Kamalini Mukherjee in the lead roles. The novel theme, racy screenplay and refreshingly different taking have all added up to the charm of the film. The film is still doing well even after 50 days.

Gamyam is now being remade in Hindi. Dasari Narayana Rao bagged the remake rights in Hindi. Work on the film is likely to start later this year. Krish will first work on the Venkatesh film to be produced by Ashwini Dutt. And he switches on to Hindi Gamyam only after that.
