Trisha was born to Krishnan and Uma Krishnan in kerala. She was born on 4th may 1983 as Trisha krishnamurthy. She had done her primary education from Church park high school and done her higher education in Ethiraj college.In her school age she used to participate in many cultural activities, dances, sports and school bands.Latere she became a model and won the awards for Miss salem 1999, Miss beautiful smile in 2001 and Miss Chennai in 2000. Trisha is said to be a good ballet dancer.She studied in the same school as a former in tamil nadu Chief minister Jayalalitha.
Film Career:
Trisha first made her a cameo in the jodi. In these however the 1st movie in which she enact a role of leading lady was priyadharshans leysa leysa. But unfortunately the film has been flopped at the beginning of the career.Such as Manasellam and Alai.But in mounam pesiyadhe.She was well suited for her role opposite to the Surya.
After that big hit of MounamPesiyadha .She played vikram’s lady love in the block buster saamy.Then the next huge film which was immediately place afterwards was with vijay in Ghilli which was remake of Telugu block buster movie Okkadu. After the big hattric films of Trisha krishnamurthy.In kollywood she turn her film career into the tollywood industry.
The film career of telugu film industry trisha entered by film varsham which went on to the biggest hit of the year 2004.With rocking music of devi sri prasad and turned her into night sensation and another big hit with the hero siddharth in the telugu film nuvvasthanante nenodhantana as a village pretty girl siri its all about a rich boy who had tries to marry a girl siri .But her brother opposes him to do so which was directed by prabhu deva which was succesfullybreak the box office of 2005. which the best entertainer film that I have seen in themy life .by this two success films won in 2 awards includes film fare and nandi awards .

The film had also grassed of 24.42 crores of the world in 2 weeks and 32 crores in 3 weeks. Her next film of sainikudu with combination of Mahesh babu released in nov 2006 after the big hit of pokiri but these big budget film started of with a below average talk.Trisha also replaced Rani mukharji as the brand ambassador of fanta India. She is currently completed movie Bujjigadu with Prabhas directed by Poori Jagannath and also in tamil movie Sathyam with vishal. However vishals next movie will be Malaikatti.
