A recent photograph of Ileana shows both pimples and wrinkles on her face at the same time. Now pimples are a sign of emerging youth and wrinkles are a sign of setting in worries.What worries does this young lass have, in such a young age? No one knows the exact answer, but people close to the actress says that the actress is worried about the way competition is catching up, and she fears that the day is not far off when her top position would be toppled.
There is some reality in the worries which Ileana has, as actresses like Sheila, Hansika , Swetha Basu Prasad and Tamanaahh have been filling in fast and they are giving a tough fight to established actress like Ileana.
