In recent times, Jagapathi Babu is accepting key supporting roles in films in addition to taking up solo lead roles, just like Sri Hari. These two actors are considered as lucky mascots by producers and directors, since all the films, where Jagapathi Babu or Sri Hari played pivotal supporting roles, were all big hits.
Now, Kalyan Ram and Jagapathi Babu are acting together in a film tentatively titled Ghanudu, which is being produced by Ramakrishna Raju. The female leads are played by Sneha Ullal, Sindhu Menon and Rupa Kaur.
Dhanraj is making his debut as director with this film, which is likely to go to floors in the first week of December.
