Maheshbabu, who was unhappy with his recent films (Sainikudu and Atithi), is looking for another major hit and has become very selective in accepting the subjects. His next film would be directed by Trivikram Srinivas. According to Film Nagar sources, Maheshbabu gave his nod to play in a multi-starrer next year. To be directed by VV Vinayak the film would be produced by Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, son of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy. In this film Maheshbabu is going to co-star with popular Tamil star Surya of ‘Gajini’-fame. The film would be simultaneously produced in Tamil and Telugu languages. The film is most likely to go to sets in 2009.
